Vacuum weighing systems ensure there are lower losses and reduced dust emissions. They are ideal when very many components have to be brought together. The manufactured dry substance mixtures are then frequently transported to packaging and filling lines.
The newly developed dense phase conveying system, AZO VacuumPlus is suited when the distances are short and performance is not so high. It is very gentle on the product because of its low transport speed of less than 2m/s. This has an exceedingly positive effect on the level of product disintegration, as well as wear and tear on the conveying lines. The AZO MULTIAIR conveying system is advisable when lengthy conveying distances have to be overcome. Like the AZO VacuumPlus, this system operates with secondary air, but is a pressure conveying system nonetheless, therefore significantly longer distances can be covered and higher output levels achieved.
