the iVu Bar Code Reader (BCR) is an industrial touch screen bar code reader. It reads 11 industry-standard bar codes to facilitate traceability to ensure highest product quality in packaging, material handling, pharmaceutical and many industrial applications. The device deciphers bar codes of varying types to verify correct content at production speeds of hundreds of parts per minute—all within a single compact, rugged package. The intuitive interface reduces operator training time and allows first-time users to set up applications without a PC or external controller. The devices features a 2.7” touch screen display, a compact, rugged IP67-rated housing, exposure times as fast as 0.1 ms and three trigger modes are available to suit varying application parameters: External (Single), Continuous, and External (Gated). The BCR enables reading of industry-standard bar codes, including: DataMatrix (ECC 200) bar codes, linear bar codes, Code 128, Code 39, Codabar, Interleaved 2 of 5, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPCE, Postnet, IMB, Pharmacode.
