INFRARED RADIATION PYROMETER

The compact and extremely rugged infrared radiation pyrometer series CT13 with vacuum fl ange is designed for deposition processes. Non-contact, precise and long term stability measurements are possible with the pyrometer in all applications like semiconductor industry, solar module product lines, MBE and CVD processes. The infrared spectral and temperature ranges are optimized for the processed materials. Its low cost makes it attractive for OEM-applications. The rugged stainless steel housing, offers protective class IP68. Depending on the model it offers a wide temperature measurement range from 0 to 2.000°C, a response times of 30ms (programmable) and fi elds-of-view as small as 1mm. A pilot laser aims the center of the fi eld-of-view The programming of all parameters can be done via serial interface.
