FLIR Systems GFx320 Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) camera offers quick, non-contact measurement of gas leaks in real time. Using its unique High Sensitivity Mode the camera is able to set a new superior standard for gas leak detection performance. High Sensitivity Mode is based upon an image subtraction video processing technique that effectively enhances the thermal sensitivity of the camera. The HSM feature subtracts a percentage of individual pixel signals from frames in the video stream from the subsequent frames, thus enhancing the differences between frames, which make leaks stand out more clearly...
FLIR Systems announces new Quantitative Optical Gas Imaging (qOGI) technology, developed in conjunction with Providence Photonics, that was designed to work exclusively with its GF-Series cameras. qOGI represents a major advance in the world of optical gas imaging because it eliminates the need for secondary sampling devices to quantify gas emissions.
Using a Providence Photonics’ QL320™ in conjunction with a FLIR GFx320 or FLIR GF320 camera, surveyors can now measure mass leak rates (lb/h or g/h) or volumetric leak rates (cc/min or L/min) for most hydrocarbons.
Use durable pipe markers, safety signs, CLP-labels and area marking from BRADY. Align with International Directives and national legislation, prevent accidents by communicating important safety information when and where co-workers need to see it, and identify areas in line with 5S and lean manufacturing for more efficiency.
Avoid collisions between pedestrians, forklifts and other vehicles by clearly marking traffic lanes. Let employees and first responders know which pipes or chemical containers have a dangerous content and implement prohibition, warning, mandatory, evacuation and fire...
Parker Hannifin Corporation's Electronic Controls Business Unit can now meet the needs of mobile machinery applications with new functional safety controllers. As well as offering high levels of robustness and straightforward system integration, the new RISE (SP) certified IQAN-MC4xFS controllers have been developed to provide a more cost-effective way of meeting the safety standards required for heavy mobile machinery. Typical applications include reach stackers, aerial platforms, refuse truck...
