The coding system m600 advanced is designed for the pharmaceutical industry. It helps to achieve a comprehensive documentation of the products as required. All data required, such as manufacturer, date of manufacture, batch number, ingredients etc.), are printed on the packages via 2D-Datamatrix code. The system is equipped as standard with the USB, Ethernet/IP and the TCP/IP interface and is capable to receive and process complete database contents in real time. Data backup of every printed label by returning the print data to a host computer simplifies the tracking and tracing process. Variable address and labeling data can be printed directly from a database. Straightforward printing of Datamatrix codes in accordance with ECC 200 standards is possible. The device also meets the “21 CFR Part 11“ validation standard of the pharmaceutical industry. For the validation in accordance with the Good Automated Manufacturing Practices GAMP the appropriate documentation is provided.
