A new type of infrared detector ensures the very high sensitivity of the CSM hs thermometer, suitable for measuring extreme small temperature differences down to 0.025°C. The thermal and electronic design guarantees a low ambient drift and results in a sensor with a very low noise level. This thermometer, which comes in a thermal shockproof stainless steel housing, measures micro- and nano-scale temperature changes. Its compact design enables mounting in restricted spaces.
