The new bodies whilst having the same strength as existing designs have considerably less weight and provide up to 40% higher Kv values. GEMÜ 532 DN 15 - 50 valve bodies are made of cast Stainless Steel 1.4408 or SG iron GGG 40.3. The standard version of these valves can be used up to 180°C. Versions for higher temperatures and with other seals are available on request. An extensive range of accessories and instrumentation as well as control and regulating cones leaves hardly anything to be desired even in fully automated plant.
