Babcock Wanson announced that FCDE (Fonds de Consolidation et de Développement des Entreprises) completed the spin off of Babcock Wanson from CNIM thereby allowing the company to take its independence the 20th of July, 2016. The objective of this investment is to provide Babcock Wanson with the means to pursue its ambitious development plan by becoming the leading player on the European market for industrial boiler systems.

FCDE have enabled managers in Babcock Wanson to enter into the share capital in order to share an ambitious vision and implement the plan to strengthen Babcock Wanson’s market position around its strategic vision.
