The range of heated lines and hoses for use in hazardous areas is suited for various applications in environmental and process technology as well as for filling and dosing systems. These lines and hoses are approved as complete systems and come with EC type examination certificates. They can be used in zones 1/2 (gas) and 21/22 (dust) and due to their design they can be adapted to a wide range of custom applications. High quality, tested and approved materials are used in the mnaufacturing and allow for ambient temperatures between –40 and 80°C. Where required, certified Pt100 temperature sensors for intrinsically safe circuits can be provided. Suitable equipment to control the process temperatures and to limit the maximum permitted temperatures (temperature class T6, T5, T4, T3) is available as well as a large selection of hoses and fittings with fixed or removable conductive inner core.
