LumaSense Technologies offers infrared thermometers capable to provide accurate data even in rough environments. The E2T Pulsar 4 instruments are designed for continuous and instantaneous measurement of refractory, gas or integrated temperature in a given vessel, away from heat, vibration and corrosive gases. Lumasense Technologies’ Pulsar 4 offers both simultaneous gas and refractory temperature measurement, using a single thermometer installation and separate 4-20mA or digital outputs. As the latest enhancement, Pulsar 4 Advanced is now HART protocol compatible, meaning it fully corresponds to the Highway Addressable Remote Transducer (HART) Protocol. This is the global standard for sending and receiving digital information across analog wires between smart devices and control or monitoring systems. In addition, the Pulsar 4 requires little to-no maintenance and eliminates the need to perform field calibrations when operating in FMA mode. Each system allows visual inspection of combustion processes, refractory cure-out and preventative maintenance while the vessel is pressurized and fully operational.
