easyFairs UK announces the launch of Tank Storage Germany. The show will take place in Hamburg, Germany from 19-20 November 2014 and sees easyFairs further expand its rapidly growing portfolio of tank storage events beyond Rotterdam, Antwerp, Singapore & Calgary. Germany has the largest number of tank terminals in Europe, the largest gas storage capacity in Europe, is a world leader in biofuel development and Hamburg itself is home to the second largest container port in Europe.

Executive Board Member, Port of Hamburg Marketing, Axel Mattern, believes the show is a much needed addition to the German exhibition calendar and will be a huge success, saying: “Germany’s largest universal port, the Port of Hamburg, are delighted to endorse a dedicated tank storage exhibition & conference, connecting both key industry manufacturers and buyers from Germany and across the world”

Tank Storage Germany is a two-day conference & exhibition which will be held at Hamburg’s Schuppen 52 venue, right at the heart of the industry.  It will be the only dedicated tank storage conference & exhibition for Germany’s bulk liquid storage market, bringing the global community together to see the latest innovations and providing a platform for industry peers to discuss the latest hot topics.

With early interest from both exhibitors and visitors, the show has already received resounding support from the industry, with many industry media and associations confirming strategic partnerships with the show.

SZE Hagenuk GMBH Managing Director, Matthias Teickner has already booked participation at the event, saying:
“It is great to see a tank storage event launched for the German market. With so many tank terminals and key ports within Germany, it is the perfect opportunity for manufacturers such as SZE Hagenuk GMBH, to meet with both existing and new clients.”

Tank Storage Germany will connect leading terminal operators, oil majors and petrochemical companies with the industry’s most exciting manufacturers, suppliers and experts, allowing them to source new technologies and catch up with latest industry trends.

The event will feature exhibitors spanning tank design, construction and maintenance, through to innovations in metering & measuring, pumps & valves, automation & loading equipment and inspection & certification services.
